Three ways we help.
One standard of care.

Solution development, product leadership, and executive coaching.   Each built on the same foundation: understanding the people the work is meant to benefit.

How an engagement starts

A conversation first.
A commitment later.

Most hesitation is not about whether you need help. It is uncertainty about what happens after you reach out. This is the whole path.

  1. Discovery

Not a pitch. No slides. We ask about your goals, constraints, and what "done" looks like for you. If we are not a fit, we tell you.

  2. Proposal

Within a few days, a straightforward proposal: what we'll do, how long it'll take, what we need and what it costs. No surprises hiding in fine print.

  3. Kickoff

Discovery completed. Proposal accepted. We begin on the agreed plan with regular check-ins and progress updates.

What we can help with

Three offerings.   Same standard.

01 / Build - AI-driven solution and agent development.

Ideas become working systems.

We design and build AI-powered prototypes and production systems mapped to real business outcomes, not technical novelty. From a proof of concept to a customer-ready solution.

Best if you are facing a business problem and need a rapid working solution.

  • Applied AI & LLM integration
  • Rapid prototyping
  • Production-ready development
  • Design decisions informed by audience intelligence

Not ready for production? Start with a prototype. You can use it personally and have a few people try it out.

02 / Advise - Interim and fractional product management.

Senior leadership, without the overhead.

Interim and fractional product management for organizations that need experienced judgment now, not a six-month hiring process. We step in, bring structure, and leave the team stronger than we found it.

Best if product decisions are stalling and you need a senior PM in the room while you hire or reset.

  • Interim/fractional product leadership
  • Roadmap & prioritization
  • Cross-functional alignment
  • Knowledge transfer (we work to make ourselves unnecessary)

You keep the team. The point of the engagement is that you do not need us indefinitely.

03 / Coaching - One-on-one coaching.

Sharper judgment. Better delivery.

One-on-one coaching for executives and leaders navigating hard calls: communication, decision-making, and delivery culture. Grounded in how people actually work, not how the org chart says they should.

Best if you are making consequential calls and want a thinking partner, or if you need help managing your team, organization or personal career.

  • Executive coaching
  • Leadership development
  • Communication & delivery culture
  • Personal coaching engagements

No program to enroll in. A first conversation, then a cadence you can end anytime it stops being useful.

Before you write

The questions people
ask first.

Is the first conversation a sales call?

No. It is a fit conversation. We listen, say what we would do, and tell you if we are the wrong team. You are not committing to an engagement by booking it.

How long until I know cost and scope?

After the call. A scoped proposal with timeline and investment range typically follows within a few business days, not a multi-week discovery billed as strategy.

What does it typically cost?

It depends on the problem and the scope. We will talk ranges on the first call so you are not guessing, then put a number in the proposal before anything starts.

Remote, or in person?

We're based in Austin, TX, and work with clients remotely by default, with in-person available when it adds value.

How long do engagements last?

Prototypes and solution builds are usually project-based (weeks, not months). Fractional product leadership is usually a few months until the team is ready to take over. Coaching continues only as long as it is useful, and we review that as we go.

that needs solving?

Tell us about it. We typically reply within one business day with thoughts, not a sales script.
